Dana Rice, a multi-million dollar real estate agent, brings 20+ years of marketing, advertising and negotiating skills to Compass Real Estate. Dana knows the ins and outs of living in the DC Metro area, which translates into helping you make the best, most informed decisions about your real estate needs.
Dana is an active resident of Bethesda and Montgomery County. She serves as a board member with the B-CC Educational Foundation, served as President of the Friends of Westbrook School Foundation, was a voting representative in the Bethesda-Chevy Chase cluster of school PTAs, a representative of the MCCPTA, Ambassador for the Lab School of Washington Annual Fund, was team photographer of B-CC Rowing Team and Chevy Chase Club swim teams; serves on the Younger Members Committee of Chevy Chase Club.
She lives in Bethesda with her husband and three sons.
Kcrystal is inspired and passionate by all things Real Estate, and carries a vast amount of experience.
From buying and selling properties, managing home renovations and rentals, interior design and staging, to working with local officials on understanding specific requirements, Kcrystal is a valuable resource when it comes to your home.

Kcrystal moved to the DMV area in 2010 from Williamsburg, VA. She graduated from Regent University with a B.A. in History and spent her first few years in the area teaching. When Kcrystal isn’t working, she enjoys projects around the house with her husband, traveling, community outreach and volunteering at her local church.
Lisa Resch, originally from Ohio, has called Washington DC home for more than 25 years, 19 of those years spent lovingly renovating her 1913 home in the Chevy Chase, D.C. neighborhood with her husband and two children.
She brings more than 20 years of communications and marketing skills to Compass, many of those years working in the new homebuilding industry with the National Assoc. of Home Builder’s flagship Builder Magazine and the EPA’s Energy Star Homes Program. Lisa is an active and committed resident of Chevy Chase, D.C., volunteering and supporting Lafayette Elementary (previous president of the Home and School Association) and Alice Deal middle school, Cap City Little League, St. Paul’s Shelter, and the Avalon Theatre to name just a few.
Lisa is known for her organization skills, attention to detail and her ability to creatively and efficiently solve problems and bring people together. She is proud to be part of the award-winning Dana Rice Group where she can guide clients in one of their most personal and important decisions.
Karen Kelly, originally from Michigan, has lived and worked in the DC area for almost 30 years. A graduate of The George Washington University, she has dedicated herself to the sales profession. Spending over 26 years in high tech equipment, software and service sales, Karen has consistently achieved top sales honors performing in the top 1% of her peers.
Karen is dedicated to the needs of her clients. With keen attention to detail, her focus is on meeting her client’s needs with an emphasis on negotiating and customer care. She brings a fresh and unique perspective to the real estate industry.
She and her family have lovingly renovated two 80-year old homes – one in Glover Park, DC and the other in Bethesda’s Westmoreland Hills. The Dana Rice Group recruited Karen for her dedication to her clients and history of success in client relations.
Megan Conway is a fifth-generation Washingtonian, with a major love for all things DC, real estate, and design related. Having lived here since birth, Megan’s block-by-block knowledge gives her clients an enviable advantage when honing in on the perfect property or when positioning a home to its greatest advantage.
With more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience, and an MBA from Georgetown, Megan brings the perfect blend of strategic planning to the process. Not to mention a keen eye for design and an instinct of what sells. Whether its help with design, your selling strategy, marketing, sourcing contractors, or aggressively hunting for your next home, Megan is excited to bring her skills to work for you. Megan, her husband, and two young kids, live in a 90+ year-old townhome in Mount Pleasant, and are very active in their community. You can often find them hiking through Rock Creek Park, at the Zoo, or just hanging out on the back deck (be it sun or snow).
